Odd ball training
Odd ball training, what is it? A type of training that is not even close to the mainstream. In commercial gyms, you see people doing benches, curls, and squats with horrible form. Odd ball'n it is wicked. You work your muscles in such a different, and often more effective manner. Lifting and carrying heavy stones or logs, using an axe or a sledgehammer, or even skipping benchpress monday and do pushup monday is all what is constituted as odd ball training. It works the hell out of your muscles. Why not try it out. It includes many more things than what I mentioned, so be creative!

My name is Spencer and I am an average joe. I enjoy working out, and have always been involved in sports. From reserch and physical expereince, I have a little more knowledge on fitness than most "joes" and I thought I would share my views, findings and workouts. I don't wanna spend money on a workout program, and I imagine that most people would like it for free too. If you decide to use a workout on this blog, then by all means go for it! Anyhow, that's my first post here, and there will be more soon.
