Here was today's awesome workout:
Freestanding Handstand work-3 sets
Pullups-15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1=120 reps total
Dips-14,11,8
Various plyos for legs
ab work
Got me sweatin like a pig!
